I am Hira Ballabh From Kumaon Himalaya . I got my schooling from Devidhura, graduation from Nainital and Post graduation as well as M Phil from JNU New Delhi . I left this university in 1993 to join Indian Civil service.I am presently posted in New Delhi Municipal Council as Dir. Finance. I am married to Dr. Preeti Joshi and have a 9 years old Daughter named as Aendri Joshi. I have Written a book on Devidhura while giving glimpses of colourful Kumaon including the folk songs . The Hindi version of this book is availble in the mkt. Taxsila Prakasan ,Dariaganj, Delhi.
I think Devidhura is perhaps the most beautiful location in the world.
